My head's about to explode....

I'm watching the most horrible show ever. It's 6:50PM and I'm watching Comedy Central. I don't want to name what show it is, but if you can figure it out, I'll give you something special.

Things are good on the homefront. I've watched my movie (Talledega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby) twice and I plan on going to watch it again. I say 'my movie' because I was there. I played an extra and I helped with wardrobe and set editing. You can't see me in the movie because 40% of what production companies film never makes it on the final cut. I'm sure it will be on the deleted scenes/special features on the DVD.

I may be going to watch the Vecro Pygmies tonight....who knows. Um.......................................................................................................................................................................................yeah, that's about it. Shower me with comments.

-Crisco

The first day of the rest of my life.

So today is the first day of the three month period in which my girlfriend, Molli, and I are going to try everything in our power to live a healthy relationship. It's not just her and me. Her daughter, Kaylee, and their dog, Sophie, will have to put up with me, as well. It's been a rough past four months, but I have faith that everything will work out because we both want it more than we've ever wanted anything else in our life. We've just got to prove to each other that we can work as a couple and make compromises when needed.

I will be working at Applebee's in Florence, but I expect to get a second job in the near future. I'm not sure where, but I doubt it will be a serving job. I need at least one steady paycheck so I will always know where we stand with bills and such. I will be helping out around the house as if we were married, but we have actually put a hold on our engagement until we are comfortable living together. We have no wedding plans as of right now and we probably won't for quite some time. We need to learn what makes each other tick and we want to go back over all the things we might have missed since we bolted into the relationship from the start.

I didn't sleep very well last night and I have a bunch of stuff I need to do to the yard today, so I think I'm gonna take me a little power nap and then wake up and get started on it all. Molli is having breakfast with some friends and she has a coven meeting at noon here at the house, so I need to make myself scarce. I hope everyone has a terrific day and I will talk to you all tomorrow.
-Crisco M. Zills
